SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During new releases, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
SHIPPING TIME
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States:
• 7–21 business days
International:
• 21–35 business days
Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
TRACKING
If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. ABP Network Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ABP Network Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly and email us so we can assist where possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events outside of our control.
