SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During new releases, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

SHIPPING TIME
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States:
- 7–21 business days

International (if available):
- 21–35 business days

Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other delivery issues outside of our control.

TRACKING
If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and also email us so we can assist where possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.
