RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ABP Network Shop / Taser Gang Merch.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Due to the nature of our products (limited drops, made-to-order items, and exclusive releases), most sales are considered final. However, we allow returns under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item has a manufacturing defect
  • Your order is missing an item

We may also review return requests on a case-by-case basis if submitted within the 30-day return window.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE
To request a return or report an issue, please email us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Color preference changes
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Sale items
  • Limited drops or promotional items
  • Custom or personalized products

Items that do not meet our return conditions or are requested after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or fulfillment.

APPROVED REFUNDS
If your return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or card provider.
